Experience Nashville with a private living room concert performed by some of the best singer/songwriters in Nashville (Optional Add-On) This beautiful 2,400 square foot townhouse w/ 5 bedrooms, (one is technically a bonus room with a queen bed,) 3 baths is in a quiet & safe Edgehill neighborhood only 2 blocks from Music Row & walking distance to EVERYTHING! It's centrally located & a 1/2 mile to Midtown, Demonbruen Hill, the Gulch, & Vanderbilt University. Belmont University is only .9 miles & downtown on Broadway is 1.2 miles.

Our newly constructed townhouse is right in the heart of Nashville: perfect for whatever your vacation has in store! It doesn't get any more conveniently located than this! Free street parking & 2 additional parking spots in the alley. All furniture is brand new, has a fully stocked kitchen & fast wifi.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

Enter into the open-concept dining/kitchen/living space. The elegant dining area is first, with room for 6-8 to sit at the table. From there, you’ll find a chef’s kitchen full of luxury touches, including granite countertops, gas range, all new stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats 3.

At the back of the house, you’ll find the sunken living room with elegant furnishings, a large 65" flat-screen TV, conversation corner and access to the patio via French doors.

Our house sleeps up to 12 guests between five bedrooms (technically one is bonus room with a queen bed and sliding barn door), and 2 twin xl 4 inch memory foam floor mattresses that can be placed in the living room (or wherever works best for you.) All beds are brand new BeautyRest Mattresses. The master has a king-size bed and 36" TV, plus an elegant en-suite private bathroom with a dual quartz vanity and tile walk-in shower with a rain shower-head.

The other 2 upstairs bedrooms each have queen beds, 36" TVs and share a double sink bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The fourth bedroom, on the main level, also has a queen-size bed, a 36" TV and a single sink bathroom with a walk-in shower across the hallway. This is also the common bathroom on the main floor.

We’ve also got lots of outdoor space for you to relax in, too! Have a cookout on the grill and spend some time in the conversation space under the shaded pergola on the patio.

Utilize the backyard to BBQ on the gas grill and hang out.

Private house concerts are available upon request! This includes 1 or 2 of Nashville's finest singer / songwriters from a pool of artists who are in town and available. They will play a 1.5 hour set and it is an additional charge. If you are interested, please let me know and I'll get it booked! I highly recommend this experience!

The home is in a beautiful part of downtown Nashville within walking distance to lots of fun things, but also still has a quiet neighborhood feel. This home was perfect in every way. All five bedrooms were roomy and well-appointed with ample areas for clothing, luggage, and essentials. There were 6 women on this trip and we each had our own space. Even the woman who took the couch was super comfortable because a foam topper was provided. This VRBO was SPOTLESSLY clean and very tastefully decorated with an appropriate Nashville theme, including the outdoor living space. There was an ample amount of linens provided, and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We never felt we were stepping in each other's toes and enjoyed gathering around the kitchen island and the dining table. The location was awesome. We didn't walk to attractions, but you definitely could. Lyft and Ubers were there in under 4 minutes always. We met our host, too, and he was very nice and accommodating. If I could rate the whole stay above 5 stars, I would, and all my travel friends agree.

This was a fabulous place to stay for a family wedding in Nashville. It was close to events in town while still being a quiet, lovely neighborhood for the downtimes in between. We had a wide age-range, but the spacious floorplan and bedroom made it very comfortable for all! Most of all, we appreciated the owner's personal communication that made us feel so welcome. Rob made everything so easy! HIGHLY recommend this terrific place!

Nashville Trifecta

It's a beautiful property with five bedrooms that worked great for two families to enjoy Nashville. The unit was clean, well equipped and the host second to none. The best host I have ever come across. Next time in Nashville we would stay at the same property.

Amazing stay!

My boyfriend & friends all came with me to celebrate my birthday in Nashville! We chose this house because it was huge and appeared to be maintained very well. To our surprise it was even better than we thought! The house was absolutely spotless & perfect for our group!! My boyfriend also surprised me with the private concert you can book that takes place right in the living room! Rob was so easy to talk to & even let us know some of the local spots to hang out at! Wonderful house for a group celebration

We stayed here for a long weekend with a group of 9. It was the perfect size. Everyone had their own space and there was enough room downstairs for everyone to gather and hang out. It’s actually much larger than in the pictures show. Very clean too!!Rob was wonderful giving me recommendations and answering any/all questions I had. We walked to a few places nearby but Ubers and Lyfts were easy to get and it took around 5 minutes to get into areas of the city. Also, about 12 minutes from the airport so very convenient in that factor as well.Overall, very happy we booked this house for our trip.

We could not have had a better experience. We came with a party of 10 (ages 17 to 61) and there was tons of room for all of us, kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Rob was an incredible host, had tons of great suggestions for food and venues to visit. We did the Casa Concert and it was INCREDIBLE, the adults and kids both loved it and there was something for all of us. To have a Hall of Fame songwriter (and a future Hall of Famer) was so cool. There were songs we sang along with and a ton of laughter with their stories. We are anxiously waiting the for future songs they shared with us. We took videos to remember those songs. The Casa Concert was definitely a highlight of our trip, such a unique one-of-a-kind experience not to be missed!
