The airport pick up/drop off bus was great,the top floor has a great view of the airport but the bar was a little boring

Nice hotel to airport

Pros: convenient and efficient in check in/out
Cons: NO
Location: excellent location
Very good, very close to airport, we stay only none night waiting for the plane

Narita airport hotel

This hotel is conveniently located 2kms from Narita terminal. Free shuttle bus to airport regularly during the day. We didn't have breakfast included in room price, so meals were costly at the 2 available restuarants and there didn't appear to be convience stores or other restaurants nearby. Great if you like planes- awesome views from top floor dining area. Spacious rooms and lobby (for Japan) Felt a bit like being on an old cruise ship, though. Pretty dates building. Great onsen & gym facilities in spacious area. Decent price. Would recommend it if you need a night to stay with an early flight the next day.

Nice overnight stay

We are a family of 3 who had a good overnight stay at the Marroad before we set off touring around Japan for 2 weeks. The staff were really nice and helpful, the room was clean and bigger than we first thought and the hotel was nice and spacious for 3 of us. The bus driver was very knowledgeable too, he asked where we were headed and gave us directions to where we wanted to go. Thank you for a great stay.
