The house of happiness is where the bursts of joy and the laughter of family and friends resound. This is the warm house where we like to get together for an aperitif / barbecue around the pool or a board game by the fireplace. This is the house where life is good, it is our house.
Located in a quiet area, not far from the city center and near the beaches, the house offers high-end services and a refined decor.
Outside, sun loungers, armchairs and floor cushions await you around the swimming pool in which a small bar will allow you to have an aperitif with your feet in the water, while the master grilladin will officiate on the barbecue or on the plancha . Outdoor shower with hot water, summer kitchen with top fridge, sink and dishes for more comfort.
The indoor kitchen, fully equipped (Kitchenaid appliances and Kenwood cooking chef), will make you want to make good little dishes with Mediterranean accents.
A cozy dining room and a large and comfortable living room with winter garden complete the ground floor.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms with neat decoration and equipped with 160x200 beds offer you a restful sleep after the days at the beach and sporting or cultural strolls in our beautiful region. A large bathroom with 2 sinks, corner bath and shower will delight young and old with its "seaside" spirit.

Détente totale
Située dans un quartier résidentiel calme, belle maison très confortable et super équipée. Les pièces sont spacieuses et lumineuses. Une décoration sobre rappelle la mer. La piscine et la terrasse avec son coin barbecue/placha sont une véritable invitation à la détente. Marie-Janique, la propriétaire, a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous conseillons et recommandons vivement cette location.
