Appartement à éviter si il n’y a pas d’amélioration

Problème de propreté vu avec la propriétaire qui a dit avoir à faire à une société de nettoyage et en est désolé ( frigo, sol,chambre, Terrasse….) Appartement qui mériterait un bon coup de nettoyage et de rénovation moi-même loueur je ne comprends pas , pas de lumière dans l’escalier électricité à revoir Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner et déjeuner et le dîner a l’appartement,ma femme et les enfants ne se sentaient pas à l’aise nous sommes partis une nuit avant

Petite maison à la Franqui

Petite maison de vacances, mitoyenne des 2 côtés. L’équipement est complet, il ne manquerait que la climatisation pour que se soit idéal. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir venir avec notre chienne. La maison est un peu loin de la plage accessible avec les chiens et nous avons été gênés sur la terrasse par les voisins fumeurs. Nous recommandons néanmoins cette maison.

Séjour dans une région sympathique bien que très venteuse. Maison bien équipée mais qui mérite un bon coup de fraîcheur figée dans le temps, au vu des chaleurs de la région une clim semble plus que nécessaire. Le plus les vélos à disposition pour se rendre aux plages qui sont a 15min à pied de la maison.
