C'est dommage car l'emplacement de ce logement est trĂšs bien mais quelle dĂ©ception quand nous sommes arrivĂ©s. Logement pas entretenu et trĂšs sal avec de mauvaises odeurs.... L'agence n'a trouvĂ© comme solution que de nous prĂȘter un aspirateur et des produits d'entretien pour faire nous mĂȘme le mĂ©nage... On dĂ©conseille vivement ce logement...

au plus prÚs de la mer mais avec quelques bémols
Appartement au pied de la mer et plutÎt spacieux et ventilé. En revanche, de nombreux aménagements sont nécessaires pour rendre le lieu accueillant : hommes costauds s'abstenir pour la douche car le format est pour les liliputiens, et une salle de bain et 1 wc pour 6 personnes, c'est un peu juste. Ne pas utiliser le grille pain car il fait sauter les plombs. Rapport qualité/prix un peu limite malheureusement.

Perfecte locatie, huis gedateerd
Een uitstekend huisje voor een (korte) strandvakantie. De locatie is perfect, rustig wijkje, op minder dan 100 m van het zeer brede en goed onderhouden strand.
Het huisje zelf is gedateerd, lijkt zo uit de 70-tigger jaren te komen. Maar de kamers zijn, zeker voor franse begrippen, ruim te noemen. Vooral het grote terras met mooie schaduw bomen is een groot pluspunt. Absoluut minpunt is de veel te krappe douche. Ik wist niet dat er douchecabines van 70 x 70 cm bestonden, maar hier vind je er een. Als je je shampo laat vallen, kun je hem niet oprapen zonder de douchedeurtjes open te doen! De badkamer is verder ruim genoeg om zelfs een douche van 90 x 90 cm te plaatsen.
De 2-persoons bedden zijn prima, de twee 1-persoons bedden zijn zeer slecht, zeer dringend aan vervanging toe!
Het servies is een beetje een rommeltje, vooral voldoende glazen ontbreken (maar wel 12 champagneglazen!).
Wij hebben ons, vooral door de goede locatie en het perfecte weer, uitstekend vermaakt, maar het huis heeft een paar verbeterpunten.

3 Ă©toiles pour la situation de l appartement Ă 50 m de la mer. Ă peine 1 Ă©toile pour le confort du logement.
L appartement est plus que vintage !!!!
Literie des 4 lits est plus que vĂ©tuste ! Le peu de bols est Ă©brĂ©chĂ©, les dossiers de chaises de camping interieur et extĂ©rieur (se sont les mĂȘmes) cassĂ©s.
Honteux pour Abritel de louer une telle prestation pour le prix payé . En espérant que ces infos remonteront au propriétaire
