The red of the old tiles, the brightness of the facades, and the lush vegetation make LA VIGNERAIE a lively and welcoming home. Awarded 3 épis by Gîtes de France, it is air-conditioned and located in the heart of our wine estate, 5 minutes from the town center, shops, and amenities, and 20 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches, and close to the Canal du Midi. All rooms open onto the vineyard, and at the rear, access to the private terrace, including garden furniture, a barbecue, and deckchairs, is from the living room. This terrace overlooks the enclosed, shaded pleasure garden with children's play area. It will be a haven of rest and relaxation for you, perfect for recharging your batteries and fully enjoying the attractions of our region.
Ground floor: Living room (TV, MP3 player, DVD player, Wi-Fi) with access to the private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs) and enclosed, shaded pleasure garden with children's play area. Equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, and fridge-freezer.
UPPER FLOOR: 2 bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, one with a double bed, and one with a single bed.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer. Separate toilet.
Upon request, a baby bed, high chair, and safety gate can be provided to secure access to the stairs.
The shed serves as parking.
Included in the rental price: 56 kW of electricity.

Outside school holidays: we accept stays of 3, 4, or 5 nights for an additional fee of €20 per night. These fees will be added to the quote after booking.

The city of Carcassonne, its abbeys, the Cathar castles, the chasms, the caves, and its fine sandy beaches are all there to make your vacation unforgettable.
We will be happy to advise you on the choice of restaurants and pizzerias in the city and along the seafront, including Le Petit Comptoir, Le Centaure, and L'Estagnol.
