The hotel and room where nice and spacious, but we got a room with shared toilet which was not clear before booking. They made up for it offering a compensation, but still USD 200 for a shared toilet room sounds excessive

This was a simply magnificent Hotel. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the service was exceptional. The breakfast was superb and the roof top terrace amazing.

Great Japanese experience

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Great location. Would stay here again. Breakfast was beautifully payed out. Very Japanese - some was yummy but not every dish was my taste. But thatโ€™s just different cultures. Overall a lovely stay.
