Laundry is close by in the building right across the way. This unit has a balcony overlooking 12th Avenue S with seating for an afternoon relaxation spot. Fresh & clean, lots of sunny windows! Only a couple blocks from the City Dock and three blocks to the restaurants and shops of Third Street and a short walk to the beach. 55+ building, 60 day minimum rental, $150 rental fee, available June 1- September 30. Please note this is a second floor unit with no elevator access.
