We booked a balcony room, but did not get a balcony room. Instead, we got a balcony that extended 1 foot, barely enough to stand on. The front desk was of no help. Also, during happy hour at the pool bar, the billings were inaccurate, and did not reflect the discount.

Nice clean room with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was updated and had a separate tub & shower. Small fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron all supplied. Safe neighborhood with many food & shopping options nearby.
