Have to say, was a little anxious at the main entrance, to the apartment. Seems to be the norm in Naples, that a lot of these apartments are within these courtyards. Once inside the apartment itself, it was immaculate. Would like to point out, the showercubicle, although huge was within the bedroom, so if privacy was an issue with whomever you are on holiday with, its worth considering. Location was good, for both the port and the centre of Naples. We had a little balcony which overlooked the main street, due to great glazing, we heard little noise at night.

Such a great hidden gem right in the heart of Napoli! Unfortunately, I was sick at this point in my trip, so I can't speak as much about the area as much as the hotel itself! There are two main downsides I noticed, firstly the elevator wasn't working, and it is a on the fourth floor. Secondly they do hold luggage for you if you have a later flight, but they don't have a locked storage area, so your belongings sit out in the main lobby area. Because the door has a combination lock and it is not on the street level it wasn't too concerning, but something to think about. Otherwise I was very impressed!! It's a very new renovation , super funky decor, and great in room vibes. It was extremely clean, the AC was a must for how hot it was when I was there, and I was very pleased with the giant shower after a long travel day. The room was also extremely big, larger than anything I've had in Europe so far, with high ceilings and lots of space to move around in the room itself. I would definitely recommend this spot for others coming to Naples!

Overall room was clean spacious and comfortable. But elevator was broken on arrival and I had to go up four flights with my bags which was not pleasant. Getting in was a little confusing but it’s great for the price!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, conveniently located in the center of Naples. It’s within walking distance to Napoli Centrale station and a short drive from the airport, making it ideal for travel connections. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Thanks to the hotel’s central location, we were able to explore both the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii during our 3-day visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-situated and comfortable base in Naples.

I recently stayed at Rettifilo in Naples, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed and a cool balcony overlooking a lively street. Despite being in a bustling area, it was peaceful at night, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The multiple locked doors leading to the room made me feel safe and secure. The amenities were top-notch, including excellent air conditioning, a fantastic shower with fresh towels, and strong WiFi—perfect for streaming. The location was superb, within walking distance of major attractions and the main railway station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the street itself had plenty of shops and restaurants, adding to the convenience. A huge plus was Angela’s outstanding support via WhatsApp—always available and helpful. On my first day, I arrived earlier than expected, and they kindly allowed me to check in ahead of schedule, which was much appreciated. Overall, I couldn’t fault this place and would absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Naples!

It was physically beautiful and the manager was responsive and great however without a working elevator, it was very difficult to carry our luggages up the 5 flights of stairs. Fridge also was not working. I felt safe and it was a great stay (would have been better if elevator and fridge were functional).

Ok so this is a lovely place on the fourth floor of a building with a lift that is quite small . The rooms are lovely and the bathrooms are well appointed it's very quiet and we found the standard very high / I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again u won't be disappointed by staying here

Great room and location!!!

The room was amazing with good facilities and a comfy large bed. The shared kitchen was nice and easy to use. The whole place was clean and inviting. Located really well for Naples station as well as the town. The host's communication was amazing and gave us all the info we needed up front. Don't forget 10c for the lift, as it's on the 4th floor and it's needed for heavy luggage

We are a family of three and travel a lot around the world. This time we chosen Italy as our easter holiday destination and spent our time in Rome, Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento and Florence. We had pleasant 3 days 2 nights stay at Hotel Rettifilo. It's conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Napoli Centrale station, making it easy to explore the city. We use Napoli as our base to travel to Pompeii and Sorrento for day trips. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional customer service. Angela was amazing—she responded to all our queries quickly and was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. Our room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples.

Extremely nice room (in terms of fit and finish) for the price. Short walk from Garibaldi station, and close to Spaccanapoli and everything the old town has to offer. 2 mins from Antica da Michele if you ever need a snack! Angela was super helpful throughout our stay, unfortunately we didn't get to meet her in person. If you are arriving between 8am-8pm and have luggage, make sure you have a 10 cent (euro) coin to operate the lift.
