o good we've booked again!

Part way between the airport and the station (€10 taxi from each) and very easy to find. Contactless check-in/out but instructions straightforward (once you realise you can do it all through WhatsApp (even though Hotels.com messaging service redacts the contact details - not helpful!!) Room was spotlessly clean and well equipped and you have access to a kitchen next door. Located on a busy street but noise was not an issue and the breakfast is served from the bakery opposite. That was my only disappointment - as someone who needs a low carb diet for health reasons the choice of cake or doughnuts was challenging - mind you, that's not the hotel's fault so 5* all round and we're going back on the way home which says a lot!

Nous arrivions de la gare centrale et avons marché 15 min pour arriver à l’hébergement. Nous avions la chambre avec balcon, sur lequel nous avons pris l’apéro en attendant le coucher du soleil. La chambre était propre, l’emplacement, génial, et que dire du magnifique déjeuner au café à côté!

Affordable quality stay

Many of the buildings in large cities like the ones in Rome, Naples, etc. are not modern and are old, but this place renovated the interior living spaces quite nicely. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, from the bed, to couch, and to the bathroom. I paid a relatively inexpensive amount for a quality place to stay while far away from home (USA).

We enjoyed our comfortable stay at this property - very clean, close to restaurants and about a 20 minute walk from the train station. The host makes check in a breeze and is very responsive. They even reserved a cab for us whenever we needed one!

Fairly well described. Clean and well maintained. Shower was fiddly initially but otherwise very functional. Pillow was huge so too high for my neck otherwise comfortable bed. There is a separate kitchen microwave and fridge so ok. Generally all good. Location is 10 mins walk away from main train stations. Owner prompt and easy to communicate with. Breakfast is voucher to nextdoor

The apartment was clean and adequate. We arrived late and Manuel was readily available to help us check in after hours. He helped us set up reliable transportation and even offers a breakfast coupon for the spectacular patisserie next door! A pleasant surprise! We were uncomfortable navigating the neighborhood late at night, but in the day it was not at all a concern. There are many dining opportunities within walking distance and it is a short 10-15 minute trip to the airport.

Great room near airport

All you need to know is to message Manuela on WhatsApp before going, and your trip will be great! She’s a great hostess and very helpful. All contactless entry. Simple, as long as you communicate before arrival. 12 minute taxi ride from airport, which cost us about 30 euros.

The staff at President Suites were available via email and phone (WhatsApp) to communicate. We were provided all the details we needed for our stay. The room was very clean and the other occupied rooms on the same floor were quiet. The cleaning staff were very helpful. The area is walkable to many shops, restaurants, and cafes. The free breakfast (a baked good and coffee of choice) were delicious and the bakery was only a minute walk from the accommodations. I will say the area is busy so if you are used to quiet nights with little noise it might take time to adjust to. But, it didn’t stop us from enjoying the space after a long day of exploring Naples.

The food in general was amazing everywhere. Small pizzarias to large restaurants. Incredible! Pedestrians beware. Seems there are no rules crossing the street in Napoli. Crazy insane drivers. Seems you risk your life when venturing throgh a crosswalk!
