If you prefer to dine under the open sky, the outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with friends and family. The apartment has incredible views from wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows; It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, Living room and spacious lanai. The apartment is furnished with lively contemporary furniture. It has two large Flat panel TV’s; A 55" TV in the master bedroom and a 65" TV in the living room. We have a telephone, Wi-Fi, complete kitchen with utensils. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment. This unit is one flight up. (and there is no elevator)

The location could not be any better or more convenient. We are two blocks from Restaurants, grocery stores pharmacy, and almost anything else you may wish. We are one mile from the famed Gulf beaches, Venetian Village, Pelican Bay area. A short drive to Tin City, the famed 5th Ave South, and the most cherished 3rd Street South.
