Beach Condo located in the Heart of Olde Naples
This completely renovated townhouse is a four unit condominium with two parking spaces, one undercover, within 1 block to the Gulf of Mexico. The first floor has spectacular landscape views with an open floor plan. The floors are a light wide plank oak with seating for 8 in the living area as well as on the granite oversized island. Gourmet cooking as well as a tucked away bar for entertaining. The den/bedroom has a sofa bed, and is private with a full bath with a walk in shower. The second level has two bedrooms each with a private bath. The master has two large closets, sitting area and a king size bed with large flat screen TV. The master bath has tub/shower jacuzzi for relaxation. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, large flat screen TV and a bathroom with a walk in shower. All rooms have sliding glass doors with electic shades for privacy.
