Kiosk instead of a real person behind a desk is a joke. Staff doesn't speak english. Pool was cold and dirty. No need to go on.......

checkin is slow. having to wait in line to use a slow computer setup. not a personal greeting. person on the other end felt mechanical, uncaring. too many cameras in the hallways. felt lik I was being watched everytime I was in the hallway.

There is 1 housekeeper that doesn't speak English on staff. The front desk checkin is virtual. It took us over 1 hour to checkin nevause there were a few people ahead of us. Then our keys didn't work. Then the machine ran out of keys. After 3 sets of keys, the virtual person gave us a new room and 2 hours later we were finally in our room.
