Booked this hotel for a work trip. I showed up and everything was AI which was fine. I like having someone present for many reason including security. I had people on my floor all night slamming doors and being loud. I didn’t feel comfortable nor get good sleep.

There was a staff person at the front desk when we checked in but were directed to the kiosk for check in. Sometimes the person was difficult to understand. At check out (kiosk) I was told I would receive an emailed receipt but never received one.

Check in was awkward. There is a kiosk where you check in with a screen connection with the hotel concierge, not face to face. I guess I am just old fashioned, but it lacks warmth. The man (Dave?) was professional and courteous, it just would have felt more welcoming with a live person.

The housekeeping crew was fabulous, always working hard and happy to help. The virtual front desk check in was efficient, however the safety of building without staffing was questionable. We observed a group of men drinking from the back of their pickup throughout the evening and sex workers being dropped off and picked up, throughout our 4 night stay. As Wyndham rewards customers, we were very disappointed.

The property may be a bit “tired,” but the rooms are very clean—housekeeping does a great job. If you can get past the offshore check-in kiosk—and I can—the hotel is just fine, and a super value in a resort town during a season when room rates are fairly expensive. Even includes free (continental) breakfast. I’ve stayed here several times and will probably continue to do so.

The room was very clean and quite comfortable. In each of the two days I prepared my breakfast, the milk dispenser was empty with no staff attendant on hand. I had to activate the kiosk in order to talk remotely with an employee… to register my complaint. The motel was new and attractive. I had either misread the rate for two nights or was mislead to believe my total outdoor be $179 instead of what I was actually charged… $412.

Naples trip 2025

No storage in bath, very little hangup storage. Plenty of room to add storage in both spaces. Do not care for no personal contact. Need your people at front desk. Cleaning staff did great at getting us everything we needed. Pool cold & not clean. No towels, had to go back & get them, again no one there to ask! Nice size room, good beds & pillows.
