This North Naples condo boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, 2 full baths and sleeps six comfortably; primary has a king bed, Guest room with a queen bed, and the third has 2 twin beds. The primary bedroom has access to a private lanai which has views of the 18th tee box on the golf course. The property is an end unit located just a short walk to the Club House, dining, golf course, driving range, enjoy lunch at the pool and lap pool, sport courts, which include tennis, pickle ball and bocci courts; a fitness center, beautiful walking trails and a beautiful patio. The condo has free wifi and an attached two car garage end unit. The condo measures just over 1,700 sf, very clean and nicely decorated. Also, for those who love the ocean, just a 6 mile drive to Vanderbilt Beach or a 12 minute drive to beautiful downtown Naples with signature restaurants and shops. With a tranquil atmosphere and wonderful amenities, guests will enjoy a tremendous stay here. Visit the Cypress Woods Golf & Country Club website: https://cypresswoodsgolf.com for a virtual tour and all it has to offer. Golf transfer fees $950 payable directly to Master Association; $500 golf membership transfer; $350 application fee and $100 background check.
