Milton Manors - 101 Pet Friendly House on the Hill

This charming 1928 bungalow sits in the heart of Bluff Hill, Napier and is a short walk to many restaurants and cafes. Dine in or out, a fully equipped kitchen means the choice is yours. Enjoy the morning sun when you open the French doors to a sunny, private deck and paved patio or snuggle in and relax in the ambiance of the warm gas fired fireplace. Unlimited wifi, free to view tv and blue tooth stereo means the entertainment options can fit your unique style and choice.
A seasoned traveler, Mary has created a haven with many special touches; superior linens (100% cotton) and towels and a helpful host who lives just a couple of doors away. Oh and she will consider pets by prior arrangement as she knows how nice it is to travel with your pooch - (that's Betty her cavalier king charles spaniel in the photos - who does NOT live at 101:)
Please note that my cancellation policy is quite flexible in regards to a cancellation due to a change in your Covid status which affects your booking. Please contact me directly should you have a booking that you needed cancel or reschedule due to COVID restrictions. The property is cleaned thoroughly between each stay and I do required vaccination passports for all guests please.

Great stay on the hill in Napier

Clean and spacious house with great facilities. Lovely stay and very easy to get in to Napier plus Ahuriri for restaurants and things to do. Quiet neighbourhood and lovely walk to the Botanic Gardens.

Milton manor

We loved staying at the Milton property! It was lovely, comfortable, clean and handy to everything in Napier! It was great for our dog Benji too as it was fully fenced and safe for him. Awesome cottage in a fantastic part of Napier

Excellent quality accomodation, ease of checking in through to lovely furnishings and extras - cotton towels, body wash, washing up liquid etc. Great location a few minutes drive from central Napier or walking distance if preferred. Fully fenced section which was child friendly, and great heating options for those colder nights. Thanks again team.

Lovely stay on the hill

Greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. Comfy beds (love the feather down pillows and Duvet!) the house is well appointed and has great shower pressure. Made use of the Webber Q BBQ out the back and the island kitchen is great. Will be staying here again for sure. Thanks Mary for being such a great host.

Beautiful house, great location.

Great communication, amazing showers, comfy beds, wonderful products for personal use eg hand wash, body wash. Great lounge area and a spacious garden. We took our 18 week old labrador too and was perfect for him. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to stay again.

Beautiful bungalow in Napier

The bungalow was gorgeous. Beautifully furnished and decorated and had everything you could possibly need. Lovely touches like body wash,hand wash etc. Very close proximity to Marine Parade, shops and cafes. Mary was easy to contact and let us have our 2 British Bulldogs stay. Fabulous stay. Wonderful and close to everything there is to do in Napier.

Staying at 101 on the hill was fabulous. Because Murphy (our dog) was able to stay. This meant we could come away. We did some amazing walks around the area. Ate out at delicious cafes, restaurants and really got to relax. Because of the brilliant location we came and went all day. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again. Thanks Mary for letting us stay. The house worked so well for us all.
