This hotel is in a great location, fees safe and the staff is very friendly. You can walk out and shop, dine, explore with ease. Parking is free, but limited so you'll most likely have to park on street which as pretty easy. The rooms were clean. We had a King bed in a corner room that was spacious and had a window facing to street. This was much better than most of the other rooms who had windows people could easily look into as they walked by. Inside rooms were very clean, but the hotel itself could use a good power washing along the walkways and stairwells. Being in Napa and all, I did expect a cleaner property.

For the price, not bad. Clean room, comfy bed. The rooms have a bit of a scent to them. The fixtures are dated in the bathrooms. Overall, I’d stay again.

Gary is the best Manager. He upgraded us to a bad ass Room and let us have a late check out. He also sent us to a winery that does not require reservations.Nicely furnished and up to date. Close to food, wine and shopping.

The area is beautiful and the property gives a safe atmosphere. It was nice to be near many places to eat and walk. There were a few things that could make it better: more parking spaces, fixing the cracks on the walls, and deep cleaning the bathrooms to remove dirt.

I stayed at this Hotel and I loved it , is so close to everything in downtown- is like a block away from the Uptown theater and also a block away from downtown shopping area. The room was clean and we didn’t have a problem getting a parking space and it was nice and the staff super friendly and polite. I would definitely stay here again !
