Perfect summer family home

Over 3,000 sq. ft. of living space in this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Front entree way leads to an enormous open living/kitchen/dining space with hardwood floors, french doors that lead to patio, custom floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace, huge granite peninsula that seats 4, gas range, dining table seats 8. Full bathroom with tub/shower, a separate bedroom room with Queen bed, laundry room, and ample storage complete the 1st floor.

The 2nd floor has wood floors throughout, 2 bedrooms with twin over full bunk beds and extra pull-out twin mattresses. A gorgeous master bedroom with wide plank flooring, king bed, and plenty of space. A large full bathroom with tub/shower completes the 2nd floor.

A finished basement with media room allows plenty of space to spread out and not feel cramped on a rainy day.

The exterior holds a professionally landscaped yard with large hydrangeas, tall privet hedges and a fence for privacy. Large Leland Cypress trees provide shade, privacy, and wind protection for the blue stone patio with gas fire pit, exterior sectional, grill area and outdoor shower. 1 Ring camera is located at front door.

Located 1.5 miles from town and 2 miles to Surfside beaches. 2-minute walk to the Island shuttle bus stop at end of street provides an easy transportation option, as well as numerous bike paths.

Clean and spacious Nantucket get-away

The home is lovely, immaculate and well laid out for a group. The hosts were very responsive to a few quick questions that came up and very accommodating with check in times, etc. The home is very close to the airport (in a good way) and a centrally located to town and Sankety, priorities for us. It has a residential feel so not walking distance to much but close to bike path, useful stores, bike rental,etc. We would highly reommend this home again for a family (or multiple couples/singles) rental.

Great Nantucket House

Very spacious and well laid out home, centrally located near Airport. We had adults and kids (young teens to not so young teens) and everyone had their space. Loved the great room for watching a movie after a day at the beach or out shopping. Mark the owner/manager could not have been easier to work with, everything was great.

Great Communication! Great location!

House had all the amenities! Beach chairs, outdoor shower, outdoor couch/fireplace to name a few. The owner was super responsive and kind. Would definitively recommend and return here!
