20 Meadow View Drive is tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but close to Town and Cisco Beach. Enjoy the local farms, brewery and fish market. Canoeing, kayaking, fishing, walking paths and conservation trails, biking, bird watching and magical sunsets are just a few of the many adventures that can be experienced or stay at home and enjoy games in the large back yard or lay by the pool.

First floor:
Spacious entry viewing through to the rear of the property, yard and pool. Morning sun filled sitting room and dining room with double sided fireplace are on the left of the home. Dinning area and sun room are both open to the kitchen. Powder room is access by the mudroom. The living room is a large sunken room great for lounging with the family.

Second floor:
Master suite (king) with sitting area, private deck overlooking the yard and pool, walk through closet and private office. The second floor has two bedrooms each with a queen bed that share a hall bath. Queen ensuite guest bedroom with private deck overlooking the pool and yard.

Third floor:
Queen bedroom ensuite with extra sleeping area with two twin beds.

Southern sun captures the back yard throughout the day. Decking encompasses the pool.
