Le luxe de l hôtel est dans le nom uniquement

Week end en amoureux sur Nantes, cet hôtel est triste, déco et endroit vieillissant, l accueil est rapide sans chaleur je te donne la clef et pour la wifi faut lire sur le papier avec un long rire pfff, pour un hôtel qui fait pub d un spa , je m attendais à un vrai spa c est juste une bassine gonflable sous cloche en plastique en plein milieu du patio (bonjour l intimité) puis au niveau hygiène de l eau aucun protocole est visible super La chambre la couleur jaune pas forcément à la mode, la ventilation au plafond est sale, un pauvre petit savon emballé pour deux pers, un coffre fort mis très haut sans tabouret tu n a pas acces, des mimis sous le lit, le petit déjeuner est commun triste comme l hôtel il y a 5 demis tranches de jambon sous plastique y a du fromage individuel sous cellophane, je rappelé que tous les produits doivent être sous ambiance froide ?? Je ne suis pas certain que les produits sont à la fraîcheur idéale et Temperature réglementaire mais bon je n en prend pas et on vous rappelle que l on doit quitter la chambre à 10h30 sonnante, pour un dimanche super !! Au moment de payer on apprend que la personne a déjà encaisser sans nous le dire bravo la confiance et pas un sourire Je ne pense pas que je reviendrais dans cet hôtel

Peux s'améliorer

Hotel acceptable mais sans plus. Le code wifi est à demander et si lent que la connexion de mon téléphone etait plus rapide, la décoration est vieillotte, le plateau thé café mis en avant dans l'annonce et les photos n'était pas present, le grand lit sont en fait deux lits collé l'un à lautre et les matelas attacher ensemble via une fermeture éclair qui se sent bien. Pas de chromecast ni de miror screen, radiateur soufflant bryant, je me suis levé dans la nuit pour le couper. Et le passage des poussières ne doit pas etre confier au chat... Ceci dit l'accueil est tres agréable tous comme le cadre. Ces quelques axes d'amélioration pourrait transformer une nuit basique en nuit tres agréables voir magnifique.

Nous avons apprécié le calme du lieu ainsi que la propreté de la chambre et sa coquette décoration. Seul regret : horaire d'accueil trop restreint. Heureusement que le responsable, très gentiment, nous a remis la clé de la chambre en- dehors de l'horaire officiel.

Dommage que le responsable de l'établissement ne soit pas plus aimable avec les clients ... la clim est coupée à cause du covid et spa également..Donc obligé de dormir fenètre ouverte car très chaud dans la chambre mais route devant hotel avec beaucoup de circulation donc impossible de dormir ... Pas de bouilloir , ni frigo , ni reception après 20h .. petit dejeuner servit sur un plateau à la va vite ... bref je ne reviendrais plus ... on paie pour des prestations qui n'existe pas et si on se plain , ce cher monsieur a la reception nous envoie promener ... Décevant , A fuir si vous voulez un peu de liberté

Hôtel très bien à recommander

Très bon hôtel.grande chambre avec écran plat douche italienne avec jet . Très bonne literie . Super jacuzzi pour la détente après les km . Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont à partir de produits de qualité et locaux . Accueil très agréable même que l’on vous accompagne jusqu’à la chambre et vous explique le fonctionnement des appareils ( plutôt rare de nos jours ) très bon séjour .je ferai un détour pour y retourner
