Room had a strong foul smell, air conditioning didn’t work, parking was difficult to access from the hotel and there was a lot of construction. Staff at the hotel was absolutely lovely however!

A room full of compromises

This room felt awkward and required constant compromises. While each issue was minor on its own, together they made for a frustrating stay. Floor space was limited, made worse by a large, unusable lamp and a desk in place of a bedside table. Storage was decent, but poorly designed - cupboard doors only opened halfway, and lighting inside was nonexistent. The wall-mounted TV was a head hazard at night. The bathroom had a sink far from the mirror, a badly placed rail, a shower head that wouldn’t stay in place, and you couldn’t close the door with the mat down. The air con couldn’t drop below 26°C during a 36°C day, and the elevators were consistently slow and occupied by cleaning carts. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable and the staff were lovely.

This hotel is quite old and needs to be renewed. Hotel is around unsafe area, rooms are smelly and not clean. Definitely I am not going to stay in this hotel group. It does not worth its price. Carpark is quite low and narrow.

AC not cold air as seasonal and does not give cold air until next month. Website says has a bar, but this has been closed since Covid! But room nice, reception staff friendly and helpful. Location walkable to most attractions.

Loire for my Birthday

Room and location was great. staff very helpful and spoke good English . ( my French is only limited) Only gripe in the room was the small too soft pillows which were more like a cushion but the bed was comfy, there was a hot powerful shower and a nice little kitchette.

Quiet location, close to station

Quiet location, less than 10 mins walk to station & airport shuttle, overlooking river, modern, very nice accommodation and friendly staff. Didn’t cook but useful to have sink, kettle and a fridge Had to ask for the set of complimentary coffee etc & cleaning supplies for kitchenette (cloth, tea towel, cleaner). Air con brought cigarette smell into room at times.
