Located in the charming Zola district, this former garage was transformed by its owner into an artist's loft where volumes, perspectives and furnishings offer an original experience!
This 150 m2 loft is structured around a large living room bathed in light. At its center is the living room, facing the outside, with care taken in choosing furniture, armchairs, accessories. You will not remain indifferent!
Around the living room is the dining area then an open kitchen with fully equipped central island: dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave...
All this space overlooks a beautiful wooden terrace surrounded by greenery, ideal for taking meals in the fridge!
The sleeping area completes this set: By a staircase, you access the bedroom with adjoining bathroom (shower and bath).
This loft is located in a residential and quiet area, a 5-minute walk from all amenities: supermarkets, food shops, transport. You are a 20-minute walk from the city center, less than 10 minutes by bus!
On the tourist side, head to the Cathedral and the Museum of Arts before discovering the castle, shopping in the pedestrian streets and lingering in a local bistronomy gem. Don't forget to go and greet the elephant from Machines of the Island.
