Lovely staff

Very helpful staff, located close , within easy walking distance of all you need to see in Nancy. Restaurants to cater for all tastes. Parked on street which was very convenient as just outside of the hotel and cheap, as you only pay till 6pm. So 1 hour 15 minute was 50 cents!

We were only here for one night but we enjoyed our stay. Great to have a little studio with a kitchen! The only improvement we would recommend is adding anti-slip mats to the bathroom as the tub was quite slippery.

Even though the city center is only a 14-min walk, the tram was only 2 min walk away…AND FREE ON THE WEEKEND! Reception was super nice and friendly.

The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful and the hotel also offers a good breakfast and underground attached parking. We stayed one night during hot weather and our room did not have air conditioning or a fan so it was an uncomfortable night. The bedroom portion of the room was clean and in good shape but the bathroom is in need of an update as the sink had multiple stains and did not make a good impression. The property's location is within walking distance of the main sights but the line 1 street car is just a block away and very easy to use. There is also a food store right behind the hotel so it's easy to stock up on food and supplies

Convenient location within walking distance from the tourist spots. Supermarkets nearby. Although there was no air condition, an electric fan is good enough during our stay. Free parking spaces outside the hotel. Good value for money.

Nice spacious flat, quiet but near-central

The apartment hotel room was larger than a regular hotel room, with more facilities. The hotel had an adequate breakfast buffet. There was reasonable space to park in the street (in addition to available underground parking). While not located in the centre of town, the walk into the centre was not long. Staff very helpful

OK?

I am accustomed to have the room and bed cleaned up daily. The room has a kitchen that initially was well prepared, but the dirty plates, cups, and so forth were not touched by the maid, and the bed was not touched. Highly unusual!

I genuinely enjoyed the "apartel" idea. It was convenient to have a fridge, burners, hot water kettle etc. the market was just a block away. All was very convenient. The room was simply but we'll appointed. I wold certainly return or try another Residhome Appart Hotel since this is a chain. Very enjoyable.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff

This is a great place to stay because it is quiet and a lovely walk along the canal is behind it. Accessible tram to visit the lovely downtown. You can cook your food there if you want to save $$.
