Another great stay at the Qualicum Inn. The restaurant is excellent and the rooms quiet and very clean and modern. I recommend reserving an upper floor room, with a balcony, but remember there is no elevator, one flight up.

Love the QBI!! Every time we visit we stay at the QBI and have ever since we sold the house in Qualicum and moved to the mainland. We can count on a high level of service and quality of stay each time we stay…and it doesn’t hurt that the QBC restaurant is onsite - the food and service make for an even better stay (shout out to Taylor!).

Beautiful location and hotel Close to beach and local shops / restaurants Friendly staff Cons: Our room was right beside the patio of the restaurant so it was very loud when people were seated there we could hear their entire conversations and we had no privacy just sit out so we just kept the door shut even though it was nice outside and we wanted some fresh air. Also, we noticed that the grout in the shower had orange mould on it so we were not pleased with the condition of the shower. It was obvious because the grout is white and the tile is white so you could see the mould easily on the grout
