Surfers shack - peaceful & minutes walk to the beach in stunning Nambucca

Simple luxuries in this two bedroom mid-century modern feel beach house. Just minutes walk ton Nambuccas main beach. Originally designed and built by an architect as his holiday home, the open-plan, hardwood floored double block home has deep eaves and the perfect aspect to catch the breeze and sounds of the ocean waves. The kitchen with breakfast bar flows into the dining and living area, which opens right up onto the large private deck.
The lounge easily seats six, as does the indoor dining table, with space for eight on the table outside on the deck.

There's two cozy bedrooms, one with a queen bed and lovely green views, and another with two single beds, one which trundles away to give more floor space. The large sofa pulls out into a comfy double. We are surrounded by reserve & trees generally, with the green setting comes some Australian wildlife.
Wifi included but it's much nicer to watch the kookaburras and listen to the beach instead of YouTube!

A BBQ & firepit for cooler months complete the relaxed beach holiday feel.

Small to medium or less active older dogs welcome, the fenced outdoor area is the deck and a small grassed area with a fence approx 70cm high.

The access to the prooerty was a bit dodgy as there's no hard surface driveway & there is a drop-off from the roadside. The syeps from the 'driveway' to the house are not friendly at all. They're not the standard sized steps & with all the rocks do present a tripping hazard, as I found out the hard way!The WiFi was very intermittent and frequently dropped out.My daughter drove down from Toowoomba & found the house easy enough. Generally, the house was nice & clean,the dogs absolutely loved the big back yard (although we had to keep an eye on them as they wanted to explore next door!! ). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, it was a great way to relax away from home.

Just unpack and relax

A great property for myself and two teen daughters and their pooch (cavoodle). Host has thought of everything with a good supply of pantry staples making self catering easy. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and short walk to the beach. Neat as a pin, like a home away from home. Would highly recommend for couples and families.

Relaxation station

Loved our stay here, semi-bushland setting was a lovely location for relaxing, listening to the birds and frogs. House is comfortable with a large balcony that is shaded from mid afternoon. Eaves and ceiling fans help to keep it cool and comfortable inside. Minutes from multiple beaches and town Centre.

Lovely little place

Lovely place with a beautiful outlook and lovely deck - perfect for a small family - not much privacy when it comes to sound but all you need for a wonderful stay.
