Enjoyed a brief day / night stay on our way from Sydney to Brisbane. Found our room comfortable clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Manager was courteous, helpful & friendly. The only thing that detracted from our stay was the smoking couple next door. They kept us awake while they smoked & talked on the verandah till 10 pm. We ended up keeping our windows closed to prevent the smoke entering our room. P.s. loved the front garden and the back with the salad & herb garden was a delight nice & nice touch touch

Lovely reception from the owner, who was very informative about local places to visit, eat and fish. Room had everything we needed for our 3 night stay, including a portable stove. Didn't have a pet overall after a long hard day on the road it was perfect tranquil and peaceful wrapped up in a surrounding of beautiful nature what a place to be absolutely loved being in a place surrounded by nature couldn't get any better love seeing the black cockatoos give me a sense of rare the place gave me an old school vibe parking was perfect giving you that close net community feeling what more can you ask for perfect absolutely perfect friendly to boot also the property was well maintained a forgotten trait

The beautiful setting is devine and the sleep is awesome. I want to give 4.5 as only minor issue and we were ok but bathroom is narrow for larger people loved the location and the view the BBQ facilities really nice proprietor free parking all very good 5 minutes drive to VWall for those who know Nambucca Heads
