One night stay at the hotel. Walking area to everything. Enough parking. Only the manager speaks English. Basic economy hotel. Breakfast was basic but free. Eggs and toast with juice and coffee. Room was clean and in ok condition. Nothing special but nothing wrong either. what would be expected for the price.

Strategic location, Comfortable Stay, Good value

We had an issue when checking in: I booked via Hostel.com but they coudn't find my booking. Apparently in their record my booking is under Expedia. So we wasted some time verifying my booking. But after that, no more issue. It was in fact a very good stay. Strategic location. Breakfast was simple but with the room rate we paid the breakfast is of good value. Room is of adequate size. Staff are friendly and helpful. One of them can speak fluent Chinese. Recommended.

Great location and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast served in spacious patio area - limited to 2 rotating options but good quality and large servings. Good WiFi speeds Manager has good English but other staff have limited English but all are helpful.

7 days of stay yet reject 3 hours of extension

I reserved 2 rooms (3 pax) for a total of 7 days and the staff refused to allow us for a few hours of extension. Instead they choose to charge us half a day of room rate for 3 hours of extension. Inflexible in dealing with customers and disappointed with their customer service who cannot speak English.

Unacceptable! No extension for a few hours.

After booked and stayed for so many days, the hotel cannot accommodate a few hours extension and instead choose to charge half a day of room rate. Totally unacceptable.

777 not visible on any external signs. Ground floorfloor Room was dark with view on to a wall, mattress extremely hard. Heard staff late putting out crockery for breakfast next morning. Was woken at 6am to 3 members of staff talking and laughing loudly. Breakfast was supposed to be noodle soup but only had two tiny pork balls in each and a few under cooked noodles in the tasteless broth, no greens to add on or flavouring the only other choice was sweet bread for toasting. No effort made at all for breakfast. I know only a cheap hotel but they need to try a bit harder.

We like Nakhon Phanom. When we go their we just chose a hotel not expensive. This hotel i just fine, close to the restaurants and Mekong River.
