There is a manager Job that schedule several tours only wanted me to pay in cash and didn't pay for parks entrances and when I asked to be paid back he sent to my driver he was honest but not in my hand like I paid him the staff around him is exceptional the internet there is none this hotel need new management

Fairly nice hotel. Well maintained and clean.

Very convenient hotel in Karen, Nairobi, Kenya

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the galleria Shopping Centre and several small eateries. The rooms all have a separate sitting room and some have a small kitchenette facility, although this is not stocked unless arranged. The hotel is very reasonably priced and also has a restaurant which is convenient, particularly at night when walking out is not recommended. The staff were delightful during our two stays, always willing to accommodate any requests to make our stay more comfortable. Two things that made our stay less comfortable; no insect screens on the windows - we rarely found air-conditioning in hotels so it is necessary to have windows open. By evening, this is a problem with mosquitoes. Two -The firmness of the beds, although this is not exclusive to this property but rather an issue we found wherever we stayed in East Africa.

Hidden Gem outside the busy city +excellent staff

Usually used for conferences but when not this has a lot of available rooms which are spacious , clean, safe ,good value and in a superb location to do the sights in the Nairobi area of Karen/Langata. David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage/Karen Blixen Museum/Giraffe Centre/Nairobi National Park all easy taxi ride and also short rides to shopping centre and restaurants .Having a separate sitting room area is a bonus if staying for a few days which we did with the family.
