Itā€™s a new hotel they take money on anything I mean on anything if you to go there just know you have to make full payment once you check in hotel food in there restaurant is way priced. Just a bit of my story I was supposed to stay for 3 nights but unfortunately I had to leave after 1 night which means they were supposed to charge me for only 1 night but guess what they charged me for 2 nights because they said I booked through website so they couldnā€™t cancel it can only be done after 48hours they explained a lot to me which wasnā€™t making sense for me. I donā€™t think itā€™s comfortable place for kids the rooms have a lot of glass in it. In general they are not upto hotel standard. I wouldnā€™t go there again.

Hotel is beautiful!

Upon arrival there was no one to grab our bags. Once we checked and received our keys, the front desk had us wait until someone came over. I was extremely tired and the tv kept buffering when selecting room service. My cousin went down to get a menu and see if it was an option. She was told, thereā€™s no room service. We were surprised but were understanding due to the hotel being so clean! I went downstairs and picked at the buffet bcus it didnā€™t have anything I wanted but I needed to eat. Only to see a ā€œroom serviceā€ menu. I inquired at the front desk, a manager came out and stated, they do offer room service. We paid 11k shillings to still be hungry and they actually have room service! She never got back to us or anything! So that was a complete waste of $85usd!

I had an exceptional stay at Glee Hotel. The property and rooms were impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Glee stay

Hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating to every need I had including printing documents left at home and helping us book a 5 day trip including round trip transportation and safari in Tsavo and 2 days at the beach in Watamu. Rooms are comfortable and clean. View from rooftop bar is great. Beautiful pool area. Only criticism would be the breakfast buffet at $30+ USD per person. This is pricey in my opinion for what they deliver.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at Glee Nairobi. The hotel is modern and new, with clean, comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. However, if youā€™re visiting Nairobi as a tourist, itā€™s worth noting that the hotel is quite far from the city center, and traffic can make getting there take some time.

On several occasions, I ordered Uber Eats to my hotel. On one occasion, while en route to the hotel, the delivery driver arrived before me. I requested that he leave at the reception or with the security guards, as I would be arriving shortly. However, both the guards and reception staff gave him a difficult time and even inquired about the room number, which he promptly provided. Despite this, they refused to accept the order, resulting in the delivery driver discarding my order and me incurring financial losses. Furthermore, the WiFi connection has been consistently unstable throughout my stay. This has significantly impacted my experience. In addition to these issues, the hotelā€™s overall quality is commendable, and the staff has been generally helpful. However, these two factors have tarnished my overall impression and prevented me from rating it higher.

New hotel. Nest clean. Bed bugs! Food is not well made. But beautiful pool and gym. Staff is super friendly. Room service brought food in 1.5-2 hours. I would stay here again hoping they have improved operations. E.g. no menus in room for dining! Management must be not thinking on its own and is likely waiting for instructions from the top.

Beautiful property

This is a new amazing hotel. With very attentive staff, great rooms and many choices for restaurants on the property. I ate at the steakhouse and it was excellent. Use the gym several days and enjoyed the pool. Mike at the bar took care of me poolside for several days and any help. I need it from an extra key to exchanging money to directions, Arie Was helpful at the front desk. The housekeeping staff is always stopping by to see if you need any extra towels turned down or anything during the morning and night. The room I had was very nice and very large with some great extras. With American money being a strong as it is, the bank for the buck was incredible. would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
