Did not honour what I booked depite asking twice for the proper room. "Queen" bed is not an actual queen. We were downgraded despite being gold members and other benefits were not honoured Restaurant staff were friendly and great.

I had an amazing experience at Holiday Inn Nairobi Two Rivers! The hospitality was outstanding from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location inside Two Rivers Mall is very convenient. A special mention goes to Chef Marvin&simon from the restaurant — his dishes were absolutely delicious, full of flavor and beautifully presented. You can tell he truly cares about his craft. Also, Flarence & rincant provided excellent service; she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during my meals.

The air-conditioned works excellently and the breakfast is so fresh. They do also have dinner buffet sometimes at a reasonable price. The staff are excellent and accommodating. Overall an excellent experience.
