It was very convenient to many shops and some of our favorite restaurants. My only regret is that we didn't book a waterfront room. Weather wasn't ideal, so the beautiful view would have made it more enjoyable. Otherwise, a very nice, quaint inn.

We loved this hotel! Our room was very modern, comfortable beds and great shower heads! Parking was plentiful and the location was great! We stayed across the street from the ocean but it was a very easy walk to get over on the beach….maybe 2-3 minutes max. There are also several shops and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend Fat Boyz ice cream next door! The room itself was very spacious, uncluttered and extremely clean! Every employee we interacted with was friendly and super accommodating. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Clean updated room. Very small bathroom but adequate. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Our room was Oceanside so just a few steps thru the walkway to the ocean. Recommend.

Not as good as the ratings!

We’re not sure why this hotel is getting such high ratings, other than a low price and pets stay for free. We have to say, the bedroom furniture was nice with a pretty comfortable bed. The bed linens were at best average. The bathroom shower area was very small. The toilet area had a wall enclosing the space making it extremely confining. The floor trim around that wall was broken and dirty looking. There were also drain flies in the room. We were informed at check-in, no daily housekeeping, clean towels if needed. The a/c cooled the room, but it still felt humid. We asked the housekeepers (cleaning the empty rooms) to let us use the broom and dust pan so we could sweep. Each room should have a broom and dust pan, especially since it is a beach area without daily housekeeping. We tried our best to limit the sand in the room, but still felt like we had sand on the floors and in our bed. We moved down the road to a much nicer hotel for not much more money ($15), on the ocean side, and oceanfront. This hotel is very clean, bigger rooms, appears to be recently renovated, has a broom and dust pan, and is much nicer overall. We would rate this a 10 out of 10 (but it was rated less than Mia’s???). We travel a lot and feel we are a good judge of hotels. We rely on reading reviews before booking a hotel. We were disappointed with the room we received at Mia’s, especial after reading the great reviews. Definitely would rate Mia’s a 7 out of 10. We will not return to Mia’s.
