Perfect for large gatherings to relax around a private pool and hot tub. Great recreation room with billiards table, wet bar and TV widescreen with surround sound. Large master suites offer spacious comfort and quiet relaxation. Memories will last a lifetime after visiting the 'Critic's Choice'.

This pet friendly Nags Head home fronts the beach road and features a 14' x 28' private pool, hot tub and jetted tub. There are TVs, DVD players, Blu-Ray player, WiFi, 2 refrigerators, high chair, rec room with pool table, and wet bar. Outside amenities: charcoal grill, outside shower.

50 feet to beach access. Guests will cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean.

Great Location!!

Only a few extra steps from being ocean front without the oceanfront price. We loved our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice house great location.

For a house that is not directly on the beach, the location can’t be any closer. The house itself was nice and clean, although a little bit dated on the interior. I would certainly stay there again

A very nice house in a great location in Nag's Head

The house is literally RIGHT across the street from public beach access, so it couldn't have been more convenient. From the decks on the front of the house, you can look out and see (and hear) the ocean. The street that it is on, South Virginia Dare Trail (SR-12) is one of the main thoroughfares, but it's not SO busy that you would have to really worry about kids or pets with the traffic. However, there were a couple of mornings that loud vehicles driving down the road woke us up (the weather was perfect weather to have the windows open). Overall, the house is in very good condition. On the ground floor is a rec room with a big screen TV and pool table, that we were not aware was in the house. The pool wasn't open while we were there, so I can't comment about it. The hot tub worked well...I wish it was in a location closer to the house, but it was still nice. Village Realty was great to work with, they were very professional, and their app for use with your smartphone was a very nice touch that I was not expecting. There was no need to go to the rental office, as there's a keyless lock, and they provide your code in the app a couple of days prior to your arrival. For the price, it was hard to beat for an 8 BR / 8.5 BA house that is essentially right on the beach. We may stay i a different town the next time we're in Nag's Head just to try something different, but we would go back to this house, and rent from Village Realty, again in a heartbeat.
