It looks old given the name "colonial" Inn. Easy access from roads. Free parking right next to your room. Atlantic Ocean is right behind the property. So it was easier to walk to the beach. Person incharge checking in was polite and friendly. Summer here is very crowded but it was a peaceful room to rest and sleep. Price was much reasonable than other fancy options in the area.

The staff was excellent. Very fine location. Good place for families with small children. Clean well kept pool area. Someone on duty full time to follow up on requests Quiet and people helpful. A very good...all basics covered ...huge TV, well designed refrigerator and wonderfully close to ocean with easy access and rinse showers.

Overall great stay! The only things we found not good about our stay was there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and as a result mold was on the ceiling above the shower. The other was there was no central air which is ok but the air conditioner in the living area gave off an odd odor like it has not been run in a while.

Great affordable stay

This hotel worked fine for our family of 5, the room was a good size, and beds were comfortable. The property is quite old and a bit run down, however it actually was very clean. The pool area was very nice, and great beach access! Our room was very clean, some things were updated like the floors and sink. It was very easy to request clean towels, toilet paper, etc. It is a good option for those on a budget wanting to stay right on the beach. Staff we encountered were friendly.
