Tyler was an excellent host. Quick to answer and checked in to make sure all was well. The house was in a great location and the view from the upper deck is amazing both for sunrise and sunset. The beach is also great for shelling. All in all it was a great experience!

This property was very clean and spacious for the two of us. It was very close to the ocean (we could see the ocean from the upper deck and could hear the waves most of the time). Even though we did not use some of the amenities (hot tub, did not use the kitchen much) they were there and available. Parking was amble (truck, trailer, and motorcycle). The host (Tyler) was very responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend this property

My family and I had the best week staying at Sugaree! The property was situated right near the beach, which was great for us since we have small children and needed to run back and forth at times. OBX at Sugaree is best

Very nice and quite house near to the beach - we were very happy during our stay having found this oceanside cottage - everything is ok and in best order.
