Beautiful location with some minor property issues
Property location was perfect. Right in Nags Head with lots of things to do close by, but also directly on the ocean with beautiful ocean views and access.
The home itself has a nice renovated top floor with open concept living room and kitchen. Other aspects of the home were slightly dated. We did have to have maintenance come to fix the second floor AC during our stay but they were very quick and responsive.
I did have to send the property manager some other small maintenance items to be fixed for the next renters, such as a bathroom exhaust fan being broken, some can lights that needed replaced etc.
Biggest complaint was they did not have a Pack N Play as the listing stated and we had a toddler that was counting on that as a sleeping arrangement, so we had to purchase one while there. I have notified the property manager of that as well. Overall, we had a great time though!

Great location in Nags Head
House was nice and clean. We enjoyed the top floor where we could see the ocean over the sand dunes. I do wish the property had some staples like salt and pepper but other than that, house was great. The pool guy did come to clean the hot tub half way through our trip and either forgot to put the temperature back up or just didn’t so that was a small bummer when we went to try and use it and couldn’t be side it was too cold.

Amazing house right on the beach !
We adored this house , only two downsides: 1. The pool wasn’t warm (supposed to be heated) 2. It needed a few upgrades.. those were easy to overlook with how fantastic the layout and location was. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future !
