The Hotel is very nice and clean. The shower and bath tub separate, the washroom is very big. Staffs are extremely helpful and polite. Small gift for kids, make my daughter very happy. Convenience store right beside the hotel. I will stay again and recommend this hotel to others.

Room was absolutely tiny - practically no space to open our bags, and beds could not fit 2 people (1 adult, 1 child) on each. Too claustrophobic for our liking. Other than that, room was clean and staff were perfectly fine.

the location was great and room size . beds were comfortable. but as you entered foyer the smoking room wasnt good the smell of smoke traveled in the lifts and thru the airconditioning . even when we opened the window there was cigarette smoke from others . Really un pleasent gave us a headache

Hotel was close to Nagoya station and easy to get to even with a large suitcase. The room was quiet and clean. Even though I declined room cleaning for the duration of my stay, every day, they left a bag of clean towels and pajamas on my door.
