ホテルスタッフはとても良かった。部屋は正直残念だったベッドも小さく落ちそうで怖かった部屋の作りも使いにくいいちいちカーテンを閉めないと、着替えるのが見える 4つ星ホテルなのにアメニティも自分で取って行かないとダメで、ビジネスホテルと変わらない朝食は良くも悪くもって感じかな朝食のチケットを忘れたので部屋番号を言ったけどわざわざ取りに行かされた 4つ星ホテルなら、部屋番号を言ったらチャージしてくれたら良いのにと思った

栄駅からも近く繁華街にあるので近くにお店も多く便利。スタッフはみなさん親切だった。車で行く事を事前に知らせたら提携されている駐車場を教えてもらえた。残念なのは部屋の清潔さ。冷蔵庫の上、デスクの上、インフォメーションの冊子など埃と汚れがついていて自分で拭いた。
