Bedrooms and Bathrooms (7BD / 7BA):
Main Level: Three king master suites, each with an en suite bathroom featuring stand-up showers and single vanities. One suite includes a large walk-in shower, double vanity, walk-in closet, and private balcony overlooking the pool.
Third Floor: Two bunk rooms with en suite bathrooms—one with a tub/shower combo and one with a stand-up shower.
Additional Master Suite: Spacious king suite with en suite bath and balcony access.
Enter through the front foyer to a game room with shuffleboard, basketball, Pac-Man, and other arcade games. Step outside to the resort-style backyard with a heated saltwater pool, infinity spa, life-size Connect Four, pool table, outdoor seating areas, and a 75” TV.
The main living area offers an open floor plan with a dining table for eight, a gourmet kitchen with five barstools, and a cozy living space with two sofas, two chairs, and a 75” TV. Enjoy outdoor dining on the balcony with seating for six and another balcony overlooking the front of the home.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, including a private heated pool and a fully fenced backyard—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying your own secluded space.
Other Things to Note:
For your convenience, the home includes 6 beach chairs, a beach cart, a beach umbrella, and all the bath towels, beach towels, and linens you'll need—everything ready for a relaxing stay!
5 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group.
