Literally across the block fr the aquarium. Village is for photos that is diagonal fr the hotel. Love the place. Very quick drive like 10 min to Mystic seaport museum. A must see. If not for kds...in my opinion the seaport museum is way better.

Really enjoyed my stay and will be back to stay again. Warm welcome at reception. Clean spacious room and a very comfortable bed. Complimentary water bottles in the room meant I didn’t need to go back out. Beautiful fireside couch for a glass of wine. Easy parking. A fantastic stay.

Dissapointing stay

The hotel rooms are old and the rug had an odor that made us feel uncomfortable. The beds are small, less than a queen size. The hotel food is mediocre at best. The staff were very nice but for almost $600 per night we expected much more.

Not an enjoyable experience

This was not our best stay. After having driven six hours to get to our hotel, we find that they tried to put us in a double bed room when I informed them that we paid for a king. The young lady was rude and disrespectful, and basically said there was nothing that she could do. I asked to speak to a manager, and when the manager found a room for us, it winded up being an ADA room. I work in the hotel industry, so I’m very familiar with lower counters and the status of these rooms. We made it work because it was one day, but I know I would never go back to stay.

I liked that it was pretty quiet and close to the Mystic village shops. The room was a good size. I did not like that the hotel was dated. It needs updating.
