The hotel staff were absolutely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was the only issue. I was never helped although I was sitting at a table. I had to find someone and place an order, to go. And that was dinner, at breakfast the restaurant staff was even less helpful.

Hotel was fairly clean however there was a burning smell on the 2nd floor from one of the rooms. The door was left open to air it out and released the smell to the entire floor.

Great hotel located very close to Foxwoods which we wanted to spend some time at. Breakfast was great as well as all the other aspects of the stay. Will certainly return.
