Balcony was dirty. Breakfast area is in the lobby and when we thought it could not have gotten worst they charged out credit card for an additional $300 for a door handle which they claimed was damage during the time we were there. when I called to clarify and to let them know that the lock was as is when we got it the so call manager hang up on me. When I called back the general manager’s behavior was even worst. This place needs to be closed. The smell alone in the lobby is distasteful. We were there for our anniversary and my husbands. birthday and is deeply sadden by this. My husband wanted to leave from the first day based on the experience. This is a-shame! I asked the house keeper for additional towels and she said the wash was broken so she only game me 2 for the two rooms. Everything seems to be falling apart there.
