Our room had dirty forks left from the last person. The guest service person who checked us in was clearly not happy with her job. She over charged us. The room had staples from the rug poking up. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and the waitress was extremely rude. She even yelled at her co worker. We tried again for dinner and there was hair in my food. Not a pleasant experience at all. Very disappointed.

No cell service or WiFi in room. No complimentary coffee all day. No courtesy laste check out for Hilton Honors member or at least the desk clerks had no knowledge.

We drove almost 4 hours with a 3 years old and got to the hotel around noon. They would not let us use the pool to get our little ones car energy out until we were fully checked in. We walked to the mystick village and called back 3 times and they still wouldn’t let us check in or use the pool u til 4 pm. Other than that the stay was fine. Hotel was very cute and had arts and crafts for the kids

Perfectly fine/normal Hilton Property stay. We checked in late in the evening for our one night stay and were told we’d be fine to check out an hour later than standard, at noon the next day, by the front desk staff. The next morning housekeeping began knocking at 9:00am. I had forgotten to put the privacy card on the outer knob— my fault completely—- so I simply told her we wouldn’t be checking out until noon and that the front desk had approved a late checkout. She came back again at 11:00 and began knocking. I had to interrupt a work zoom meeting to reiterate that we were approved for a late checkout and would be out by noon. Other than that, no complaints.

The best part about this hotel is that it’s right across the street from the Aquarium. Other than that it’s way overpriced for what you get. Rooms are somewhat outdated. Bathrooms tiny, moldy caulking and toilets low to the ground. For $580 a night I expect way better.
