This unit has been recently updated and includes:1 Queen Bed 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Electric Fireplace. 2 Smart TV's (1 Large screen). Fully furnished kitchen with full size appliances, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, silverware, dishes, cookware, paper towels, pillows, bed linens. Shower/tub bath complete with toiletries and towels

Excellent view. Easy access to the beach. Unit not as clean as I expected. Lots of sand on the floor and furniture. Management resolves issues quickly.
