A private queen bedroom with a dedicated desk, Smart TV, and a full bathroom with tub deal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs or simply want their own quiet retreat.
Second Floor
The heart of the home. A primary king bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area perfect for gathering, plus a convenient half bathroom for guests.
Third Floor
Four additional bedrooms offering plenty of space for the whole group two queen bedrooms each with their own Smart TV, a double full bedroom with two full beds and its own Smart TV and en-suite full bathroom, a shared full bathroom, and a dedicated desk area for anyone needing a quiet workspace.
Outdoor & Extra Amenities
Beach chairs and beach toys are included so you can head straight to the sand. Back at the house, keep the fun going with a ping pong table perfect for friendly competition between beach sessions.
The garage is 86 inches wide and can either fit up to two standard-sized cars with the ping-pong table folded or one standard-sized SUV. However, oversized SUVs will not fit. Any additional vehicles will have to Pay to park on the street. Bikers are welcome.
Parties are strictly prohibited at all of our properties. Additionally, serving alcohol to minors is not allowed under any circumstances.

Just Perfect!
Property was very clean, modern and in a good location. I Will stay there again.It was perfect for My family of eight, ages ranging from 93 to 11 years old .The room down stars was just perfect for my 93 year old mother who is in a wheel chair.I recommend this property.
