Doors dont seal no dead bolt lock broken mini fridge poor water pressure in shower i have no idea how to use streaming tv the ocean view was the best part of the hotel elevator felt unsafe no ice machine working no shops near by within walking distance but was a quiet area

This place was terrible! There was an unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in. There was no security lock on the door, only two marks on the door that was evidence that there used to be a security lock. Then I had to give my wife a shirt to use over the smelly pillow. The Final straw, because it was late and we were going to stick it out, and leave first thing in the morning, was that my wife couldn’t stop scratching once she laid down in the bed to sleep. This place needs to make serious changes, or just closed the doors forever! Just terrible!

I drove from pa to this place. The photos are deceiving. The red couch was blacken. When I got to the room the sheets were stained. It's very outdated definitely not worth the money. I didn't even put my things in that room. The only nice thing was the view but everything else wasn't great. I refuse to stay and made the decision to stay elsewhere.

Never Again

Our overall stay at this location was not the best as far as choice hotels. The building seemed to be in disrepair, some outdoor glass-top tables were broken/shattered, their elevator was in poor condition, the one ice machine on property was not operational, and staff seemed to be uncoordinated when checking in and receiving orders for the exchange of clean towels. Certain staff was unwilling to provide assistance when managerial staff was not present, and upon arrival all office doors were locked with limited explanation. Additionally, all doors for occupant stay were secured with only a single key to use, so if said key was lost there would be no way to access individual rooms without having to contact missing staff. Overall, our stay was not pleasant and we would highly advise any and all future patrons to seek out other accommodations elsewhere.

Staff was great. Excellent cleaning staff. Ice machine broken. Balcony door lock broken. Most of the motel needs to be updated and repaired. Very good rates, so you get what you pay for.

Nothing. Lobby was locked We had to call a phone # to let us in. Lied about amenities. we did not stay. Filthy Filthy Filthy , ants , peeling paint locks on doors. You should check out these hotels before letting people book them. I learned my lesson … lost my money. SHAME ON YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel appears to be experiencing financial hardship which explains the rooms are in poor condition. There are holes in walls in the bathrooms. Filthy stained carpet and roaches and mouse traps in guest rooms. Prior to reserving a room, I’ve read some of the reviews so I kind of prepared prior to arrival. I bought my Clorox wipes and linen to cover the bedding. However, I reminded myself that this hotel has the best view at such affordable price and that we are only going to be there for the weekend. That gave me peace and my husband enjoyed his birthday weekend. The staff were fine no issues. I pray they overcome the financial difficulties because the hotel have the ability to be a great vacation getaway for families on a budget.

It is ocean front with every room ocean balcony. Property is very old and worn, room was clean as possible given the condition of the space. Great view and cheap price for location. short walk to beautiful beach. If you're picky, this is not for you.
