We'll Be Back

Family friendly hotel and the staff is accommodating, especially Kenyatta at the front desk. Kids loved the short walk to the beach and then afterward the pool and lazy river. The pools were crowded but it's peak season so expected. Room was an ocean- front room with such a beautiful view. We were on the 11th floor. Room service was prompt. Dinner downstairs in their restaurant was meh but the waitress was awesome! The only thing I didn't like was having to cross the busy street with my kids to get to their parking garage but other than that I'm pretty sure we'll return next summer. Thank you for helping us make our first time in Myrtle Beach a great one!

The only concern is the showers this piece of metal ( stainless that the water go from the shower down if u have sand or small stones it take too long to go down from that piece … this is the only concern but I love this hotel and I was here before and this time and will be back soon ❤️❤️ I advice any one to go there stuff were very smily helpful and lovable … Good job Springfield .

I appreciated the breakfast daily well done. Would have been nice to see more security on the ocean side of board walks lots of panhandlers that made families uncomfortable. Cockroaches on the 2nd floor outer deck overlooking the pool and furniture in disrepair. The staff was amazing!

staying here was absolutely amazing. after driving 7 hours, arriving late, the long check in line, i was worried what i got myself into but the woman who checked me in was SO pleasant. i mentioned in the reservation it was my birthday & they had rose petals on the bed, a card & snacks waiting for me. i spent more time in the pool & lazy river than the beach! we didn’t even require housekeeping for our four night stay because the room was filled with everything we could possibly need. i vacation well but cried when leaving because the stay was just everything i wanted and more. WHEN i make it back to myrtle beach, i am definitely staying here.

I really enjoyed the location and the resort like feel. My kids loved the lazy river and tube slides. I felt this place was great for a family and if you have older kids easily keeps them entertained. The food was reasonably priced. I would recommend and stay here again.

Our Stay

Well, nothing particularly wrong with the place that is fixable. Weird where they put the bathroom. The fridge in our room froze all our water and whatever food we put in it. The bathroom doors do not have locks on them so keep that in mind. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s apart of the Breakers resort so it’s nice you get to use several pools. Wasn’t bad. I would stay again. It was very busy this past week with a baseball tournament and dance competition. But that’s not the hotels fault. Oh and every room is ocean front. That was nice.

We enjoyed our stay. Checking in was easy. However the young lady checking us in was eating the entire check in. I found that to be A little unprofessional. All in all I would recommend the stay. Hotel was clean and had beautiful views.

Very busy and for the most part accommodating. We stayed on 24th floor and they didn’t have any carts when checkin out. Had to carry a bunch of stuff across the street which was a little much after paying the price to stay there
