The check in was easy but there was a lack of hospitality. The pool was closed and that was not advertised. Breakfast was great. The room was relatively clean but there were what appeared to be hair rubber bands in one of the beds (almost like they fell out while they were making the bed). There are NO ice buckets. If you want some ice you'll be using a bag. There was a refrigerator in the room, which once again was not advertised.

room was not very clean, there was a pill on the floor between the beds, the bathroom floor and shower were not very clean, there was a hair on the wall of the shower. Our remote control did not work. Asked the front desk and she told us how to use it correctly and said she would check it while we were out. Still did not work at any point during our two evening stay. the room smelled musty. beds and pillows were ok. Difficult to get in and out of the parking lot.

It was under construction so hopefully they are resolving some of my concerns. The staff were great; friendly and professional. The rooms are outdated. The carpet was seriously loose and could easily be a trip hazard. Rooms were clean but dingy and some of the plugs didn't work.
