Absolutely love the location of this unit. Easy access to the beach. The upper bunk was very difficult to get in and out of. Everything else suited us perfectly.

The inside and outside doesnt match

The outside of the building and the condo feont door had me second guessing my choice for my family. Its not new and the door needs updated but the inside is nice just like the pictures. It fit perfect for our first time staying at the ocean. We had necer stayed somewhere thay we had to bring everything we needed with us and probably wont stay again at a place that doesnt supply basic needs like toilet paper and sheets, etc. Its too much to pack for a family. Then you spend way too much getting stuff you need only for 3 days. The keurig didnt work which really was disappointing and no where insude the condo is there instructions for the tv's, wifi or log ins so we just didnt use them. We were outside mostly anyway but it was annoying the few hours we were inside. There are pots amd pans but that was about the extent of the provisions. Again the place is nice, it fit my family of 5 with 3 teens very comfortably. It was just a learning lesson for us. As long as your used to having to supply things like your toilet paper, hand towels, beach towels, bath towels and sheets this is a great ocean front place.

Perfect eye level with ocean condo

It was a perfect location. We were half a mile walk to the garden city pier, which was beautiful to see from our balcony at night. This condo included everything we needed. The linen package for 100 is so worth it! There was a nice separation between bedrooms for privacy! Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are a great size. Nice hot water and the bonus is a washer/dryer!

Location, location, location

Wonderful stay. Having rolling carts and an elevator were big pluses for loading and unloading vehicle. Condo location is great. Be careful with the the twin beds. They are leg and head bangers. All came home with bruises. lol. Great kitchen, well stocked and nice appliances. Would stay there again. Thank you Marshall.

The place was great! Very nice & comfortable and had everything we needed. Great view of the ocean! Small complex surrounded by small complexes so the beach wasn’t over populated. Marshall communicated with me throughout the entire renting process and was super nice! …. Answered all My questions and ones I didn’t even think to ask! Definitely would rent again!

Vacation getaway

Interior was very nice and ocean view incredible. Might consider different outdoor seating. Elevated chairs may improve visibility of the beach from the deck. Front door lock is a little tricky at first but we eventually got the hang of it. Overall, a very nice visit. However, the exterior of this building is in desperate need of an update and/or paint. Could be a turn off for some folks. Thank you.

Condo was clean and comfortable-close to everything we needed to attend while visiting. Communication with Marshall was spot on-we knew everything without question prior to our stay and departure. Very pleased and we would definitely rent again!
