Disliked: Cleanliness
The good and the bad. The bad. The furniture is broken and worn out and full of sand and food. We put sheets over them to sit on. The beds are worn out and you can clearly see the dents in beds one had blood on the sheets. Don’t sit on the bar stools they will fall and break. I did try to fix them but the bolt holes are worn out and want tighten. There is black mold around the air vents you can see where someone tried to chalk over it. The dishwasher smells like fish and eggs I did try to clean it out but it didn’t help. I cleaned the bathroom sink bc they were clogged with hair and nasty. The elevator is very scary you can hear the cables popping between floors 2 thru 4. The tv will freeze up while watching tv you will have to unplug it and plug back in. One tv doesn’t even work not all TVs have all the channels like the living tv. There is no cabinets for food so don’t buy a lot at once. Had to call every week for a door code and it never worked. You shouldn’t have to clean a condo you rent they charge you a cleaning fee so they need to be cleaned professionally. Oh and the rug I hope they cleaned it bc you can rake ur shoe across it and just watch what happens it was nasty I tried to clean it the best I could and no a vacuum want.The good. The view is nice you don’t have some high raise blocking your view. You have access to a lot of groceries stores and restaurants that are very close. We stayed a month and it was okay. We will come back to MB area but want stay here.
