Royal Garden Resort is located 0.7 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This 16-story oceanfront complex offers convenient amenities including three elevators, coin-operated laundry onsite, complimentary Wi-Fi, outdoor grills, and a parking garage. Relax in one of the lounging chairs on the expansive sundeck or go for a swim in one of the resort pools, which are open year-round. Royal Garden Resort features indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and even kiddie pools! An onsite beach bar and grill offers food and drinks. If you want to feel the sand beneath your toes, you are only steps away from the beach. Pack your bags and come on down and stay where there's something for the whole family to enjoy! All the beds were so hard and the pillows were like sleeping on a cracker. Smallest shower in main bathroom. TVs worked great and view was great. Dunes were organized.

The only concern we had was the cleanliness of the unit. I completely understand the lack of staff at this time but I had to spend the first day cleaning the unit. Found dipin dots wrappers under the bed, the pull out sofa had sheets still on bed and was full of sand. Washed all the dishes in the cabinets, floor had to be sweeped and mopped. I am by no means above cleaning, just hate to pay a cleaning fee to have to clean myself. We did enjoy our vacation...
